Melissa Zschoche

President

When McClain Associates was still operating out of that front bedroom, Melissa
began working part-time for the company doing the books.  Having worked in the
building specialties business with Nick since 1990 she brought with her years
of experience in accounting, human resource administration, estimating, project
management, contract administration, and inside sales.

As President Melissa works with the entire staff to be sure we are “working with
you”, the customer, to meet all of your building specialty needs.

Melissa enjoys quilt making as a creative break from work.  She has a great love
of cats and along with husband Rick is the proud co-parent of an adult son and
daughter.

Tim Walker

Vice President

Tim has been working for McClain Associates since it started – then, as a
subcontractor and now as the Vice President and Field Supervisor.  He brings
excellent skills and a fine work ethic to each task.  Tim has worked over 14
years in residential as well as commercial construction and attended Monroe
Community College, graduating with an Associates Degree.  His easy going
manner in the office or on the job site belies a great sense of humor combined
with a strong commitment to work well done.

Tim spends time away from work with his wife, Janina, or helping others with their
household or construction projects.

Guy Zeh

Guy came to the company in January 2012.  As an estimator and project
manager he has a comprehensive knowledge of the project and is helpful to the
customer and field personnel in facilitating the project.  Guy brought 6 years of
experience with a commercial interiors contractor where he gained both field and
office experience.

Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family, getting outdoors, and
brewing beer.  He also likes to mountain bike and often rides his commute.

Cory Severson

Cory joined McClain Associates as an estimator and project manager in 2016. Having managed multiple commercial and residential construction projects, from small remodel jobs to complete restorations, he brings over 13 years of construction and project management experience to the team.

When he is not working on his wife's latest great idea, he enjoys spending time
with his family and friends, watching movies, and playing video games.

Justin Miner

Justin started working for McClain in 2013 after working for a plumbing contractor for 10 years. He is an easy going guy with a strong affinity for sporting his facial hair in different fashions. Justin is always ready to learn new things and tackle any challenge you give him.

Outside of work Justin loves to spend time with his family and hang out with friends. He loves to watch football and cheer on his team. Go Panthers!!!

Nick McClain - Retired

Nick McClain founded the company in 2003, out of a spare bedroom in his
home. His goal was to provide top quality building specialty products to general
contractors and end users for their commercial building projects. Nick spent
over thirty years in the construction industry. Using his wealth of knowledge
and experience, he established McClain Associates Inc. to be a firm that is
recognized for its customer focused approach to business practice. Nick is
currently enjoying retired life, volunteering his time both at home and abroad.
